Hey, I’m Bryan Knauber (/’kunɑbɜr/; “kuh-nawber”; it’s German I think). Some people call me BK. I’m a designer, software developer, and musician, among other things. You’re on my personal website.

I live in the Castro in San Francisco with my husband.

I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, where I was voted Most Likely to Succeed, Least Athletic, and Biggest Worrier, by my high school senior class.^[1] A little mean, in hindsight. After graduating I moved to Minneapolis for college, then to SF.

My interests include any movie or tv show set in space, plants, cheeseburgers, and musical theater.
